| I have learned some helpful little attitude adjustments that help me cope with challenging situations and I think you may find them useful. Of course, not every point can be applied in every situation, but the more points you can use at once, the better you will be able to cope with any given challenge.

| There're many terrible situations happen to us every day. They make us unhappy. So we have to do something to cope with it. For me, the way to cope with it is to find ways to get through it. I will think for the reason of it. If I know the reasons, I can know how to do with it. Sometimes I can't find its reasons, so I just be patient and try to understand it. I try to accept the truth and believe that some good things will come after that.

| When face the terrible situations I always take a deep breath. This way is very easy way to reduce my anxiety! Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. This is because when you breathe deeply it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. The brain then sends this message to your body. Those things that happen when you are stressed, such as increased heart rate, fast breathing, and high blood pressure, all decrease as you breathe deeply to relax.

| Rest yourself!! It’s important to take breaks. It’s also important to get sufficient sleep. Most people need at least seven hours each night. Good sleep habits include having a set bed time and a set waking time. Following a pattern and establishing a rhythm for yourself and your body help you be more relaxed and less stressed during the day. Go to bed! Don’t apologize for wanting to “turn in” early!

| I think we just keep calm and find the ways to solve problems. Being rushed is just only stupid way. Facing the problems with peace and thinking carefully are the best. No problems is the world can't be solved.

| I do love think of the cause of the terrible situations first and after I know the cause of it , I will solve it step by step. If it is a big problem and I can not deal with it, I do love asking the ways to solve it from my parents. Sometimes, If I can not deal with it, I always let's it go.

| Not to think that you are lone.No matter what you may think, you’re not alone in this. Somewhere around the world, someone else is thinking the exact same thing as you. Someone out there is feeling down and out too, wondering why she is experiencing this. Knowing it’s not just you helps you to get out of a self-victimizing mindset.
