How to prepare yourself for the a backpack trip?

You have to make your body ready for the extreme adventure by exercising regularly.
Jogging and fast walking are the best way. And don’t be over packing because you’ll feel tried during your trip.
The necessary things that you have to bring with you are camera, medicine, toiletries, cell phone,
two or three clothes and money. If you travel by public transportation, don’t forget to BOOK the ticket before and don’t wake up late.

I guess you've known some physical preparation. For what I wana say is really no way to prepare for mental tripping problems. Just keep thinking good thoughts, remember that nothing will happen as long as you keep a cool head. As long as you remind yourself that it will end and that you are fine it will be ok.

To prepare for a back trip, I will get my body fit for traveling. I will do lots of research on where I am going. Then I will see what I need to go in that place for example some extra document and visa. Some places are not allowed tourists to wear a certain kind of clothes. which is enough for the whole trip; at least 2000 bath is okay.

I suggest you take out half of stuffs in your backpack
and take twice more money hahaha it's not a joke...
You don't need jogging or walking fast
I've met many people who like to walk slowly as they absorb the atmosphere
You just have to make sure you can still run with your backpack
Don't pack too much. Don't pack too heavy (no more than 10 kg, I suggest)

sure that I will survive. It's very dangerous for a woman to travel alone, so
