How athletic are you? What sports are you best at?

Everyone says that I'm the bad athletic. It's maybe because of when they try to ask me to go out and do the exercises I always rescue them. But who knows? Actually I'm the athletic one. I do the taekwondo since I was seven years old from now on. I got many goals from the different competitions. Because nowadays I don't have enough times to practice as I can but I still that feeling when I won the fight. That was a great moment.

I'm not good at any kind of the sports.
But I like running and swimming.
When I was primary school, I used to be good runner of my school.
I got second round in the race. I remembered that I practiced very hard
and I finally did it.
Now, I haven't practiced it, so I cannot run fast as I was a child.

I think I'm good at playing volleyball. I've been playing volleyball since I was 11. I have to say that I can play almost every kind of sport that are taught in the rural school such as football, volleyball, table tennis, kicking rattan ball, petanque and running. Now I kind of forget about it. However I can still run pretty good still, I mean I don't get tired quick when I run. I like to run slow but long distance. I don't like to like fast. Running slow and long distance burns out my fat while running fast but not long works up my heart. I try to do both in a week. So I think I'm pretty much athletic.

I can swim, play volleybal, badminton, but my skill is not good.
