How to be safe in a Foreign Country?

While being in a foreign country may be fun, there is always danger abroad, just as there is danger at home.
All visitors from any country should learn what the dangers are in foreign countries.
There are three ways to safe in a Foreign Country:

- Research the country you are going to before you go. The best and fastest way of researching
is to search on the Internet for legal information and things you should know well in advance
of traveling to that country.
- Be polite and non demanding. If you are quiet and respectful, you are less likely to draw
attention to yourself through your behavior.
- Be alert when using public transportation. Steer clear of unlicensed taxis. Better still, hire a car,
or get a bus or train. Try to get a seat at the front of the bus, as you will be near the driver.

I never been abroad but if I were in there, I would do following things to
make my life safe:
- Learning about those countries
- Keeping money in many pockets
- Walking in the places that have a lot of people
- Taking friends together when going anywhere

In my opinion, the way to be safe in other country is trying to be like the local people.
When we go somewhere new, it's sure that we do not know the way to go some places.
However, if we are in the country that is dangerous, we should try not to show we are lost or we are a stranger.
We should walk confidently and do things like local people. If we do something that shows we
are stranger, it is risky for us to let people know we are new here and have ways to hurt us.
And we don't need to have valuable or expensive things that use outside like bags or phones
because it is risky to be stolen by the thieves.

-Keep the address to your accommodation.
In both English and the native tongue written in both your phone's notes (or snap a photo) and in a little notebook (phone batteries die). Everyone in your group should do this as reality is, you might lose your friends.
- If you're walking alone at night.
Walk slightly behind a couple. It sounds a little creepy, but you don't want to stand out as walking alone. Especially as a girl, the couple you could be following will usually get the vibe with a smile. Obviously, don't follow them home, but stay on the same side of the street as them.
- Avoid dark or non-tourist areas at night.
If you do feel uncomfortable, switch train cars or walk into very busy areas such as a restaurant.

I never go to foreign country. In my opinion we should do everything like native such as eating, saying and wearing clothes. If we don't know how to do something, I will ask some kind person who walks around there. Don't break the rule. It's very important.

Avoid looking like a tourist. Generally, don't wear any of the following:

-Excessive or expensive-looking jewelry

-A nice pair of sneakers (especially white ones) - You might be tempted to because you might be doing a lot of walking, but a nice pair of sneakers will show people that you are indeed a tourist (which makes you look like a target to thieves). If you must wear sneakers, make sure that they are not the type that would attract attention.

-Fanny pack - A pickpocket could easily unzip (or take a knife to) and empty the contents of the the fanny pack without you being aware.

-Tote bags imprinted with a tour group operator name or symbol

-Obviously new apparel

-Electronics - If you must bring them, put them in the oldest, most beaten-up backpack you can find.
