I like to go jogging and swimming.
If I have no friends going alone, I can
go alone. Few days ago, I went walking in the

If i am home, I usually go run with my father and sister.
My dad like running so he always forces me to go with him.
I am lazy when it comes to exercise.
Thanks to my dad's pushing, I exercise more often than in the past.
Exercising alone is sometimes good because you gotta have discipline for yourself.
However exercising with friends is also good because we will push and encourage
each other to keep exercising.

the time for me to get an exercise is after i have finished studying in class.
Normally i have to finish before 7 p.m. but when i have done, i have another activity to do
is that i have to go to tutor my student at home.

No, I have not. I always exercise outside with my friend. I go to the park or football filed to run and jogging. I usually go to exercise in the evening, be cause I have free time and has no sunlight make my skin burn. Actually, I was woke up in the morning to jogging just only three to four times, because I go to bed late and I couldn't woke up in early morning. That's why I like to go to exercise in the evening.
