Anyway, eat little and often every two hours, and up your intake of foods full of omega 3 fatty acids such as oily fish that will feed your brain and help you concentrate. Get rid of all distractions such as the tv so you can focus on studying and nothing else. Take regular rest breaks though, say every two hours to give your brain a rest, and if all else fails, you could do what I did to get me through my exams.....caffeine tablets, coffee and energy drinks, although it probably wasn't the healthiest way to stay awake.
