Have you ever punished yourself?

Yes, I have done that when I have made a mistakes many times arbitrarily or being too often postpone about doing assignment.
Today, I woke up late which was too much arbitrary,
so I punish myself by doing some homework to finish before having lunch.

I am out of control sometimes especially about eating. I like eating snack which can cause overweight.
When I realize I eat so much, I will punish myself by not to eat snack. It's a simple way to do but very hard to control.
When I do it, I have to stay at my room all the time because if I go out, I can't control not to buy snack.
If I go out buying food; not snack, I will take some money only for buying food.
If I think of drinking something sweet, I have to avoid it and buy drinking water instead.

Yes. It's all about my eating habit.
Even though I want to be on diet but I always out of control when I find something delicious.
I'll go straight to those food and eat them but a week after I'll punish myself.
At the dinner time, I'll log myself at dorm instead of going out and finding something to eat.
I won't eat anything and try to sleep early. That's my punishment.

Yes, I ever punished myself about eating habit because I eat too much. I will try to have nothing in refrigerator and forbid me to eat sweets, snacks, and desserts. It's so hard for me to do like this. I feel so suffering.

I always do what I want to do so I can manage my work on time.

make my condition for myself
Before I do something. When I set

Sure!!! Not thing perfect in my life. Every life has to proof by edit the wrong point in life and support the right point too. If I did something wrong once, I would punish myself with my way. For example: If I didn't do homework at night, I have to wake up early in the morning to do it.
