Have you ever argued with a bad shop owner?

Yes, I have argued with a bad shop owner at mini-shop in Mahasarakham university.
I was very angry when the owner serviced bad and making a poker face.
I did what she did to me, I do my poker face and a little bit angry to her
because she bawled me.I want her tasted of her own medicine.
Before I leaved her shop, she said thank you to me unpleasantly.
I won't go to that shop anymore.

No, I have never done like that before.
Actually , I have faced with that kind of bad people many times.
I have just to be patient and think positively to the bad behavior or speech.
"Let it go" reminds me to keep calm.
I think the bad behavior the show owner does to me will affect him that no customer comes to the shop so that the shop owner gets the reflect of his bad behavior.
I think that is enough.
