I want to say sorry with thieir life.
Some people don't have home or place to live for many years.
It's not good for their health.
I think they should to have a central shelter to help them.
And make their life better than now.

I think we were born in this world equally.
We should have an equal chance,
live with the same comfortable life
but we can't do that in anyway.
Homeless people are very poor and pity.
We should better help them as much as possible,
because we were born with the different chance, family background

It depends on why they are homeless. Some people are truly mentally ill and don't know where to go for help, some people have lost jobs, family and their homes and are too proud to ask family for help, some people chose to be homeless, they can't go home because they have burned bridges with family and friends. So yes to your question, some are weird, crazy and many, many have hit hard times. Anyone of us are one step from becoming homeless.
