What are strange dishes of E-sarn food in your opinion?

For me, these are three dishes of E-san food that are so strange
- Orm Bang, bats with vegetables soup.
- Orm Nong Wua, ox's placenta with cage table soup. (I think eating only meat is enough.)

I don't know why people like to make food from many kinds of animal even some are very tiny like bugs, little birds, or mice, and etc. It is more delicious than the pork, chicken, or meat?
