How to take care of your skin in this winter?

That's very easy for you if you are not lazy.
I have some tricks for myself to take care of my skin in winter.
I drink a lot of water to keep moisture in my body.
I eat lots of vegetable to maintain my skin.
I use the lotion after taking a bath.
I also wear the jacket or sweater to protect my skin from the pollution outside.

Drink a lots of water as much as I can and use some lotion are the way to take care of my skin.
Water can improve your body, make you fresh, and help you skin look better.
I also use lotion to make my skin look good. It can keeps your skin bright.

Body lotions help me a lot in this winter. When I face to the cold air body lotions is the best helper of me. But I never put on body lotion during the day when mu skin is going to dry. Too much lotion can harm you skin ,too. And the another one is drinking water. Our skin can keep water as the moisture so you might not put lotion too much because water can also help you.

I do the same in winter as I do in summer. I put Vaseline lotion on my face, & Bath & Body Works lotions on my whole body. I tried going without for a few days in a row, & my skin had a fit & was screaming for it's moisturizers. I won't go without again!

For me, I just use skin care lotion. In winter, my skin will be dry because of windy and cold air.
They way to protect my skin not to be dry is applying lotion on the skin.
The lotion I use in winter is moisturizing lotion. It helps my skin to be moist.
And if it's not too much cold, I will take a shower with cold water.
If I take a shower with warm water, it will make my skin dry.

To look after my skin this winter I will drink a lot of water to keep my skin nice and clear.

After I have a shower, I use moisterizing cream on my skin because this will keep my skin nice and soft.

Finally, I use powder on my skin to keep it smooth and help to protect it.

Tips to take care of your skin during the winter. Try to avoid taking a bathe with hot water. Always carry a moisturizer with you if you want to have soft hydrated skin. Using a scrubber while having a bath will exfoliate the dry and dead skin leaving you feeling soft and fresh. Apply moisturizer on your feet and wear socks to sleep. This will make sure the moisturizer has fully seeped into your skin making it soft and well hydrated next morning, Eat a lot of fish because they have omega 3 fatty acids in them which is excellent for the skin.
