What are the bad effect of using computer for long time?

Using computer for long time can strains the eyes and causes poor eye sight.

You may get carpal tunnel or eye strain. To reduce eye strain take a break from looking the computer screen. Every 20 minutes take your eyes off the screen and look at a blank spot on the wall for about a minute.
To prevent carpal tunnel you could buy a pen mouse. Or get a chair that you can adjust the height on and put the chair at a higher setting. This will give your wrist a new position to be in besides bent (if you use a regular mouse). Or you could buy a wrist brace. It keeps your wrist straight to prevent muscle strain.
