Do you know what's time that you need to go to bed?

There are not specific times for me but I'll know by myself.
When need to sleep is when I too tired of doing something or when I get sick.
I don't want to do anything. When my brain is blank or when I can't think anymore I have to take a rest.

I usually go to bed before midnight. Sometimes I stay up late doing my boring homework. I am not an active at night person. I cannot think of anything or work well at night. I have to take a rest and work in the day time. It is great for my brain to have enough sleep at night. So the next morning would be a good day for me.

Yes, I know.
I try to go to bed before midnight in everyday.
If I sleep before midnight that make me get
up in early morning. However, some day I cannot
design my time because I have many thing to do in the night
thank to lazy of me such as homework etc. One thing
certainly if I go to bed early so make me get up early morning,
too.

And I have to sleep about 6-7 hours.
Because if I sleep enough, it will good and it has an affect on my brain.

I am the person who like doing homework at night time so
I sleep late almost every night. I know people should sleep
at lest 6 to 7 hours per day but I can't do like that.

Yes, actually I will know when I must go to bed but sometimes It's hard to sleep at that time.
I'm a person who always sleep with the light or TV on because I always fall asleep while watching TV.
Sometimes, I want to sleep but there is a interesting TV program at mid-night and I want to watch it!
I know that it's not too good to do like this because I have to pay an expensive bill on the end of the month and It's not good for my health too.

Around 9:30 - 10:30pm if you wanna wake up by 6:30am

When I go to school, I had to go to bed at around 8pm to 9pm because I take public transit and it always comes around my neck of the woods by 7~ish, thus giving me 2 - 3 hours after waking up to get read, which is more than enough time.

Uncertain time because if I have lots of work to do, I will go to bed late at that night. Or if I have nothing to do in the next morning day, I also go to bed late, too. Actually, I feel asleep when it's around 9-11 pm. I'm quite serious about getting rest. Everyday I have to make sure that I get enough sleep so that I have energy to do things and feel fresh.

I knew that we should go to bed before 10.00 p.m. but it's hard to do like that.
I have many works to do and night time is my time that I like to study by myself because it's peace.

I know and I realize myself that I should not sleep
after 2 am. If I have morning class, I will try to go to bed before midnight,
or not over 2 am. I will lay on by bed and easily to sleep.
If I haven't sleepy, I will listen Luangta's audio or read my favorites book being next to me.
Sometimes, I'm very exhausted but I have lots of homework to be finished
and I can't finish them,I will sleep first and wake up earlier to do them.

Actually, My bed time is around 10 pm- 11 pm.
I don't want to go to bed late because I know that our body has its life clock.
And there are many disadvantages of going to bed late.
So, if I don't have too much homework, I will go to bed around 10 pm - 11 pm

It's suitable time to rest your body.
You will get enough sleep.
You will be active all day.
If you change your sleeping habit, you will get healthier.
