How often do you fall asleep?

I will fall as sleep when I have a long day
for studying or having activities all day.
I easily fall sleep without taking a shower.
First, I have to change my uniform into my pajamas
but I now can sleep with my uniform when I am very sleepy.
I often drift away while going mobile phone and
I often forget to switch off the light.
Now, I have to remind myself turn the light off first because
it's bad for hormone releasing.

Recently, I often fall asleep because I have class almost everyday and a ton of works.
There are many projects of each subject that I have to sent on time.
I always go to bed after midnight because I prefer to work at nighttime more than daytime.
I worked hard in nighttime while I have early class in the morning almost everyday.
So, I fall asleep easily in each day.

I always fall asleep if I have class almost the day. There are a lot of assignments to do that make me have little time to rest. I ever take a nap in class because I can't sleep enough. However I sleep enough, I may fall asleep in a boring class. That make me think the reason of falling asleep may not from Insufficient sleep only.
