'On time' or 'In time' is the best for you?

For me, I think 'On time' is the best.
It shows your responsibility that you will arrive on time.
Sometimes, I like to come before an appointment's time to prepare myself.
So, I don't like 'In time' because of I will hurry to do everything and don't have a time to prepare myself.

To be on time is the best for me. To be on time show how polite and responsibility to other people are especially official appointment. Most Thai people always late when they have an appointment. It is not good. Sometimes, I am moody when I wait someone for long time because he/she is late.

To go in time that means you go to meet someone before
the appointment time. It represents you responsibility because
you are active to go to your appointment.

To be on time is the best for me because when having the appointment with someone
and you have to go to their house and you fix the right at 1 p.m. you have to be there at
1 p.m. If you go in time I mean you go before the appointment time, you will disturb the owner
therefore they have fixed your time at 1 p.m.

If you are in time or late, you are impolite and neclect the guest.
It is not good for you and your guest.

I think on time is the best. Although I often am late, I try to go on time.
I hate to wait, so I shouldn't make anyone wait me, too.

Actually, on time seems to be the common agreement for everybody. For me personally, i often go on time since, i always linger with my make up routine and decide what to where. So, for me if i can't go on time, i'm better be in time.
