Life is complex. I have both happy mode and unhappy mode everyday. I cannot say I am always happy. Happiness is only one part of a living. Sometimes I am forced to do something and that thing makes me unhappy. I cannot do everything I wan to do because of many factors. Sometimes I learn from my unhappy things I have done and be stronger than I used to be. No one wants to be unhappy and so do I. All I have to do is to accept the things that happens in my life and learn it.

I am sometimes happy with it, and I also feel unhappy.
I now try to spend my time valuably focusing on studying.
I realize I used to waste my time on nonsense things.
I want to improve and make it better. I will study hard for better future.
So I have to adapt something. It's quite hard for me because I'm not a disciplinarian.
I feel like happy and sometimes not. It's quite hard to explain because I feel a bit confused about myself.

Yes, I try to be a happy person in every mood even in trouble time,
I try to keep balanced emotion. When I woke up, I stay focused on myself first,
meditating, reading a book and calling to my dad.
I am kind of person that cannot live without happiness.
I think we can find happiness with everything even little things if we realize
how valuable they are . One things I try to remind myself is to think variety of perspectives
and think in other thoughts or situations that make
