| I can say that I get sleep better at night by these ways; -Eating a lot till my stomach full of food. -Exercise to make my body tired. -Reading a book before going to bed make me sleep as well. -Listening to the music by keeping turning the songs all night. -Drinking the hot water.

| I think if we want to sleep tight, we have to be relax. We must think nothing. Maybe we can use music as our lullaby. And I also listen music before sleep almost everyday. We must not be hungry otherwise we cannot even close eyes. | |

| Eating a lot of food until fully is my way to get better sleep. I have been observing myself many time till now. I found that every time when my stomach get fully,I always get better sleep. I don't want to do anything except lay in my bed. It is such a lazier girl. It is a bad habit that I must to solve the poblem as much as possible. Not only it makes me be lazier but also it makes me fat.

| I think you should be relax. You should find some activity to do before sleep. For me, I love to listen the music box and read some novel. It can help me get better sleep. The important is you should avoid coffee and tea.

| I know of some, but need more because I still have trouble falling asleep most nights, and do not feel refreshed when I wake up.
-Use bedroom only for sleep/sex This one is impossible for me because I live in a two room apartment for school! So my bedroom is half of my place!
-No caffeine 6 hours before sleep This one is easy for me
-Exercise during the day, but no less than 6 hours before bedtime This is also easy, as I exercise earlier in the day when I can
-No meals right before bed This is a little hard for me because it's harder for me to go to sleep hungry than it is full
-Do not drink anything an hour before bed This is also hard because I'm used to drinking water all throughout the day, but I've learned to stop
-Keep bed time/rise time hours consistent This is hardest of all for me, because I'm a college student with a part time job with bad hours and my friends are crazy
-No TV before bed Another tough one for me because I love to watch TV while laying down to get tire Update : Some others I can think of...
-Keep room dark and cool -Keep bed made and sheets clean -Read before sleeping

| I'm reading the book and listen to music in case to get better sleep. Some said we shouldn't watch TV or listen to anything before go to sleep. We should keep the room quiet as much as we can and drink some hot milk also help.
