WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE VEGETABLE? WHY?

For me, it's carrot only.
Carrot is my favorite vegetable because is delicious and make me healthy.
- Carrots are excellent for my eyes.
- Carrots contain large quantities of vitamin A, in the form of beta carotene.
- Carrots are also good for the skin.
- Carrot juice has anti-carcinogen properties. Thus, it helps prevent cancer.
It is also believed to have cancer-curing properties.

I think I have to say potato is my favorite vegetable simply
because of all the yummy things that can be made with it!!!!
I like sweet potatoes as well... *Smile*
I have to say I didn't like tomatoes very much until I tried a beef steak tomato fresh.

I like to eat long bean salad so much.

My mom grows long bean in her farm also.

I am the one who doesn't like to eat vegetable.
However, I can eat it. And my favorite vegetable is broccoli.
It looks like a flower, but if it's a flower, it will be a green flower.
There're many ways to cook broccoli; stir-frying, microwaving, and steaming.
For me, I like to eat it in stir-frying dish with pork. If there's no pork, I won't eat it. Haha
It's good for our health. It contains high vitamin C, beta-carotene and fiber.
Let's cook broccoli for our dinner. It will be a great dinner.

I can eat any kinds of vegetables. I don't mind if it is in my food. Tomato and baby corn are the worst vegetable I swear. I hate them! I don't like eating these vegetables. They are not tasty to me. I can say I can eat almost every kind of vegetable. Yummy !

My favorites cucumbers and tomatoes. No way you can mess it up. Try English cucumbers (seedless) and tomato slices with a hint of lemon/lime and salt. Nothing beats this combo in the summer.
