What is the first thing you do when you get up?

For me, I firstly find some pure of water to drink.
Drinking 1-2 cups of water in the morning can refresh my body and my digest system.
Next step, I take a shower and find something to eat.
Even I don't have the class but I have to eat in the morning as a habit because
breakfast is essential meal for my brain.
