Is that good to out mobile phone away from us for awhile?

Yes, I think it's very great.
To stay away from that will make me better.
I sometimes have headache when I put mobile phone near my head
while sleeping.
So, when I go exercising, I will leave my mobile phone and relax myself with
good atmosphere.
