Do you often use body lotion?

I use body lotion everyday.
I heard from the dermatologist that
body lotion is the food for our skin.
Then I apply it everyday, to prevent from
the UV that can cause the skin cancer.

I have bought it long time ago.
After finish showering, I rarely use it because i'm so lazy.
