I, personally, disagree with the idea of having a casino. In a lesson of Buddhism, it is said that going to or having a casino is against morality. The gamblers get deeply hooked into the gambling, one of five precepts in Buddhism. Additionally it also affects the gamblers' work and their less responsibility. Some causes of crime in a country come from a casino business. In gambling, there likely comes a conflict between a winner and a loser, or a casino owner and a customer. Certainly taking an advantage is a main reason of it.
