What is a serious world problem?

Poverty is a major problem of the world's people and nations today. Is it enough to blame poor people for their miserable lives? Have the poor been lazy or have their governments been irresponsible for this problem? Several issues like hunger, illness and thirst are both causes and effects of poverty, for instance, not having water means you are poor, but being poor also means you cannot afford water or food. They are a characteristic of poverty in which they define poverty. Therefore, we should always look at both ends of the problem. Personally, not only does the poverty cause poor housing and living conditions, food and water related diseases, that is the poor cannot find clean and safe food, and crime but also the poor people of the world miserably live in either regional, national or global conflict and terrorism that are all resulted from poverty. This is a serious problem that should be alarmed to all world people to work together to erase or reduce this problem.

Climate changes like global warming is the result of human practices like emission of Greenhouse gases. Global warming leads to rising temperatures of the oceans and the earth’ surface causing melting of polar ice caps, rise in sea levels and also unnatural patterns of precipitation such as flash floods, excessive snow or desertification.
