Could you tell us how to be better at English speaking?

I always think in English. Sometimes I blame on something or someone in English as well. It is very fun while speaking English without the hesitation about the grammatical mistakes. It is challenging if I speak English idioms to my foreign friends because they need some more explanation about the idioms, similar or different to Thai ones. I need to speak out to give them more detail. I always try to speak about the current happenings in my country or outside my country and then analyse: I need to express my ideas about a topic.

- Don't study grammar too much
- Learn and study phrases
- Reading and Listening is NOT enough. Practice Speaking what you hear!
- Being able to speak a language is not related to how smart you are. Anyone can learn how to speak any language. This is a proven fact by everyone in the world. Everyone can speak at least one language.
- "Practice makes perfect." This is far from the truth. Practice only makes what you are practicing permanent. If you practice the incorrect sentence, you will have perfected saying the sentence incorrectly. Therefore, it is important that you study material that is commonly used by most people.

For me, i think the best way to be better at speaking English is practice.
Whenever i have to present or talking speech, the best way for me is keep practice.
