How do you protect yourself from the dust?

Unluckily, I'm the unlucky one who have an allergy so I have to save myself form the dust if I don't wan to get sick. About the way to save myself from the dust, to me I'll begins at the closer thing like keep my bedroom clean. Protect yourself from dust allergies best by focusing on the worst trigger, the bedroom. Cover bedding supplies, such as the mattress, box springs and pillows with soft, flexible plastic or polyurethane. Dust the bedroom thoroughly and regularly to include the closet and under the bed. Store seasonal clothes and clean or eliminate curtains and other fabrics. Remove anything that has a musty smell and keep your dirty laundry sealed or out of the room.

I wear glasses to protect my eyes from the dust sometimes.
I really hate the dust when it hurts my eyes.
However, I don't wear glasses as normal.

Normally we can't avoid the dust. There is dust every where. It's both inside and outside our room.

- wearing the thick clothes to protect the dust and to make the user warm

- driving a car instead of riding a motorcycle

As we know that this city we live is full of dust, we should have some ways to protect ourself from it.
The ways to protect it, to me, are protecting our hair, eyes, respiratory system, and our skin.
For protecting hair from dust, I will wear helmet. This does not only help our hair, but also protect the brain if sccident happens.
For eyes, I will usually wear sunglasses. It really helps; it protects my eyes from dust and wind.
For respiratory system, I think it is very important to protect. I will wear mask. It is good to wear it every time we ride the motorbike.
For protecting skin, I will always wear sweater when I go out. It can protect the skin from dust and also sunlight.
I cannot go out without wearing it every time.
