How to protect your cell phone?

I think I can protect my cell phone for two cases.
For the protection from the break, you can save it in these ways
- take it in the mobile bag that you can afford, I think.
- beware not to make it fall the ground
- put in the place that it cannot move when someone calls.
For the protection from missing, follow these ways
- take it with you everywhere.
- remember not to forget when you put it somewhere.
- avoid to show how expensive it is because the thieves may interest in yours.
