How to go to bed after watching a horror movie?

Even I am a horror's movie lover but I still scare when I have to sleep alone.
So I usually tell myself to realize that the movie is not real.
Sometime I'll think of nicer things! Think of fluffy bunnies hopping around in fields,
or hugging my best friend. Don't focus on the scary ghost or zombie.

I still remember that I feel fear of the effect of watching horror movie that makes me difficult to go to bed. When I was in high school, my friends and I went to the cinema to watch the movie called " Next program the spirit's revenge from GTH ". The movie was very horror. I always think that there are somethings around my bed and I can't sleep for sure!

I will take the blanket to cover all of my body.
I like to do this when I wake up in the midnight.
