What is favorite vegetable?

My favorite vegetable is carrot. I love to eat carrot very much because
carrot is good for my eyes. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is
converted into vitamin A in the liver. Vitamin A is transformed in the retina,
to Rhodesian, a purple pigment necessary for night vision.

It's one of vegetable that I can eat too much.
It contains with many benefits.
