When you look around, you may see many people looking at their smartphones. Although they stay in a place many people are surrounding but no one talks to other. What they are doing is called “Phubbing”.
Phubbing is a new word used for describing the act of snubbing someone in a social setting by looking at your phone instead of paying attention.
Everyone has a phone; not only the adults, but also the kids. Whenever they are, whatever they do, they will usually have phones in their hands.
However, everything has both good and bad sides including smartphone. It helps us doing things conveniently and comfortably if we use it properly.
In contrast if we use it too often; all day and all night, it can cause us some bad effects.
the obvious disadvantage of phubbing is affecting relationship with people stay nearby you.
Is it better to reduce using smartphone for phubbing all the time and talk by speaking, not typing?
