Yes, I have ways from a doctor. He suggests me to eat lots of vegetables
And variety color of vegetable that he suggests 5 colors of them;
white, green, purple, yellowAnd red vegetables.
We should eat them per week. Moreover, he suggests not to
take supplement strongly because it will urge cancer cells.
One important thing is eating mackerel every day and exercise regularly.

I think drink a lot of water and think positive will help.
Mind and brain effects all thing in my body.
Only you have clear minded and being happy will make you look younger.

I think the best way to retard being old is laughing.
If we are happy all the time our bodies will run Endrophine substance.
It will make our face younger.
Moreover, it will make our health stronger.
So laughing is the best way to retard being old.

The way to look younger than usual is to keep body health and balanced.
Drinking 8-10 glasses of water is essential to make human's organ work well.
Sleeping for 8-10 hours per day is very important to make the body always refresh.
Trying to be happy can reduce stress very well.
Exercising at least 3 days a week is the key to keep body stronger and balanced.
To follow all of these steps exactly makes life always younger.
