| I eat clean food first, because I believe that losing weight based on good consumption 70 percent. I eat bread with high fiber and peanut butter everyday in the morning. Moreover, soy milk is my favorite dessert as well. Next, I excersice 3-4 times a week; cardio and weight training.

| I think to be healthy is to eat right and exercise regularly. Eating healthy food and exercise can help me to be healthy. I try to eat lots of fruits and veggies. Also, I try to go run and do some exercise. Getting a proper sleep also helps me to be healthy.

| I think the good way to get the good health are eating useful food, good sleeping and doing the exercise. Eating useful food is very good way to be health because when you eat the useful food you will get the nutrients that your body need. Next, Good sleeping is very good way to repair the body. You should sleep 6-8 hours a day. Finally, doing the exercise can make your body strong so you can fight with every disease.

| I think good health and happiness are important points in life. - Eat balanced meals. Try to follow the food pyramid. - Eat a lot of fresh fruits of vegetables, some whole grains and fiber, a little bit of dairy, a little bit of meat, and very little sugar and fat. - Exercise regularly. To exercise you can run, do sit-ups, push-ups, etc., lift weights, play DDR, or walk briskly around your neighborhood. - Relax brain sometimes. Try not to be too serious.

| I think everyone knows how to stay healthy but there are not many people who can do the good things for their health. First is exercise. People must exercise 3-4 times a week.
