My favorite writing activity that I have learnt in curriculum 2 class was ‘Rose & Thorn’.
It’s a communicative activity because its encouraged students to do the easy writing about
the things that challenge them in positive and negative way.
And this activity also supported students to have more confidence because they are allowed
to share their idea by reading their paper out loud.

The most favorite activity about writing for me is ‘writing story’.
Teacher would divide student into a small group of four to five.
Everyone in a small group needs to have their own paper to write the first sentence.
Then send to next person to writing the new sentence which belongs to the first one.
I have so much fun with activity because the story from my creative friends is so funny.

A writing activity, that I want to share is drawing a picture following the preposition.
This activity is suitable for primary school.
Teacher let students draw the picture in front of the class by following the teacher or friends' order that order about the preposition.
Students will learn prepositions obviously and have fun with drawing the picture.
I like this activity so much.

I prefer writing postcards activity.
This activity also improve the communications and imagination level.
I think that it can motivate student to write.
They will fun when they create some sentence to tell the story and tell what they feel to the other.
This activity suitable for beginner because they don't have to write too much.
I never use in lesson plan but I surely that I'm going to use it.

I think using mail or E-mail might be might be useful for develop student's writing.
Teacher can ask them to send at lease one mail per week. Let them write what has happened with them during a week. Then send to their friends. They can improve thier writing skill with this activity.

I like the idea of writing to a pen pal would be a great and fun activity to improve writing skill. I think students would love the idea of making new friends with someone far away. Writing to a pen pal is a great way for students to practice their descriptive skills as she tells her pal about her family, friends, school, house, etc. Another activity is writing a story. Students get in group of 5 - 6 people. Then, each one writes down a sentence in limit time and pass to another student in their group. They have to write a sentence that links up to their friend's sentence before in order to make a story.

I have researched the way to improve students' writing skill.
the way is using dialogue journal to help them improve their skill through writing
the story or what they have learn in class. the students can write everything freely.
I won't focus on grammar or dont strict too much about that because it will make students
worry about writing.

by using poems. It sounds very interesting and creative. There are a lot of
kinds of poems that elementary and secondary students enjoy especially Riddle and Acrostic.
Writing English by using poems also enhances students to artistically create their writing works.
Some activities recommended: A Piece of Cinquain, Cinquain Gallery, Riddle Play and Limerick Box.

To develop writing skill, I think, the best way is to let the students write.
But actually the students don't like to write. So we choose let them write with creative writing.
We can have a theme and let them do group activity first and let them write individually.
As my writing plan, for during activity, we created a group activity for students to brainstorm
and share their idea about what they knew after learning vocabulary and structure.
Continuing to the post activity, we will let them use their imagination and creative writing by themselves.
We will let them do it individually because each student will be able to show their own creative thinking.
The teacher can evaluate their writing and know what problems of each student are.
So that the teacher can help them improve their writing skill to be better.

Everyone loves to get mail, especially when the card has been personally designed.

What you'll need:
Paper and pencils/ Crayons and magic markers/ Stamps and envelopes

What to do:
Ask your child to list the birthdays of family members, relatives, and friends.
Show your child some store-bought birthday cards with funny, serious, or thought-provoking messages.
Your child can then create his or her own birthday card by using a folded piece of paper,
making an attractive cover, and writing a short verse inside. Then your child can mail the cards
to friends and relatives for their birthdays.
